Come to Stratford early and stay late! Construction delays may be significant in summer 2019 so be sure not to miss out on any fun!

Hwy 6 to Embro/401: Replacement of large culvert Aug-Nov

Expect delays but road will not be closed. Hwy 7 detour is suggested as above, if there is an overlap.

Hwy 8 between Stratford and Shakespeare: In progress

Beginning in early June, stretches of this road between the west end of Shakespeare and the east end of Stratford will be reduced on weekdays to a single lane, with flag people controlling traffic in both directions. Delays may be lengthy, so please allow additional time for your trip. (Both lanes are expected to be open on evenings and weekends.)

Over the Top 12

This "Fun-Raiser", the twelfth Over The Top Gala Dinner, celebrates another successful season for Stratford Summer Music and paves the way for the excitement of 2020.

The entertainment for the evening will be Newfoundland's own, Heather Bambrick, with special guest, Mark Fewer on violin! JUNO-nominated vocalist, Heather Bambrick, prides herself on being an entertainer through and through. From her skillful, effortless interaction with audiences, to the variety and breadth of her material, Heather approaches every aspect of her performances with the goal of leaving audiences feeling far better after her shows than before they arrived. This is why her concerts have been described as what happens when “Ella Fitzgerald meets Carol Burnett at a Newfoundland kitchen party”.

Be part of the buzz. Tickets are $160 with a $100 charitable tax receipt. Ticket includes 3 course dinner (table wine included), champagne reception, silent and live auction and musical performance. Over The Top 12 will be an evening not to be missed!

This event is wheelchair accessible.

Cost: $160/A

Location: Paul D. Fleck Marquee, Festival Theatre, Stratford, 55 Queen Street, Stratford
