Come to Stratford early and stay late! Construction delays may be significant in summer 2019 so be sure not to miss out on any fun!

Hwy 6 to Embro/401: Replacement of large culvert Aug-Nov

Expect delays but road will not be closed. Hwy 7 detour is suggested as above, if there is an overlap.

Hwy 8 between Stratford and Shakespeare: In progress

Beginning in early June, stretches of this road between the west end of Shakespeare and the east end of Stratford will be reduced on weekdays to a single lane, with flag people controlling traffic in both directions. Delays may be lengthy, so please allow additional time for your trip. (Both lanes are expected to be open on evenings and weekends.)

Once Were Brothers ( special guest Producer Peter Raymont)

Directed by Daniel Roher and executive produced by Peter Raymont and Steve Ord from White Pine Pictures alongside Martin Scorsese, Brian Grazer, and Ron Howard, Once Were Brothers follows Robertson from his early life in Toronto and on the Six Nations of the Grand River reserve, in Southern Ontario, to the creation of legendary roots-rock group The Band.

Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and The Band blends rare archival footage, photography, iconic songs, and interviews with some of Robertson’s friends and collaborators — including Scorsese, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Peter Gabriel, Taj Mahal, Dominique Robertson, and Ronnie Hawkins — to explore the six-decade career of the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer behind anthems like “The Weight,” “Up on Cripple Creek,” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.”

With a Q&A with Executive Producer Peter Raymont
