A popular dish in restaurants and on dinner tables across southern Ontario, this master class takes you through the steps of choosing the right cut of pork, portioning and pounding the meat out, creating the coating mixture, and teaches you the techniques behind expertly frying a schnitzel. Learn sauce and side dish recipes that will perfectly complement your schnitzel meal with instructor, Eli Silverthorne. When the cooking is complete, enjoy the meal with a glass of beer.
